Go to the Register page and enter your mobile number, date of birth and a password. Confirm you are 18 or over and agree to the Terms and Conditions. That's all that's needed for basic registration. Your account is active immediately and you can make your first deposit straight away. Identity verification (CNIC) is usually requested before your first withdrawal, so having that ready in advance saves time later.

Yes. PKR77 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. This is a firm requirement, not a guideline. Date of birth is collected at registration and age may be verified before a withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 are closed and any balance returned to the deposit source.

How to fund your account in PKR

The minimum deposit is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by PKR77, though your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank) may have their own transaction limits that apply on their end.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically appear in your PKR77 balance within 1 to 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on the bank. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number from your JazzCash or Easypaisa app and the team can trace it manually.

PKR77 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees or service charges on their end, but these are outside PKR77's control. Check your provider's fee schedule if you're unsure what they charge.

Getting your PKR winnings out

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section and enter the amount you want to withdraw. Funds are sent to your registered payment method – the JazzCash or Easypaisa number or bank account you registered with. The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals complete within 30 minutes.

Common reasons include a pending identity verification (CNIC required for first withdrawal), an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or a bank transfer that is processing normally but taking longer than mobile wallets. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact support with the withdrawal reference number and they will investigate.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment account registered under your name in your PKR77 account. For security, funds are sent to the verified account linked to your identity – this prevents unauthorised withdrawals. If you need to update your registered payment details, contact support to go through the verification process.

If a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs required for a result (typically 5 overs in T20 cricket), most bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account balance. The specific rules depend on the market type and are detailed in the Terms and Conditions. In-play bets placed on markets that have already been settled before abandonment are not affected.

The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit. Wagering requirements are the total amount you need to bet using your bonus funds before they can be withdrawn as real PKR. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before it takes effect – this delay is intentional and cannot be bypassed.

Contact PKR77 support through in-platform live chat and request a self-exclusion. Choose a period: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or permanent. Your account will be restricted within 24 hours. During self-exclusion you will not receive promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Your PKR balance remains safe throughout any exclusion period. You can request a withdrawal of your real-money balance even while a self-exclusion is active – contact support to process this.
