PKR77 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pkr77.onl or creating a PKR77 account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the registered user) and PKR77.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of PKR77 following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms are written in English and Pakistani players are expected to read and understand them in English. If you have any difficulty understanding any section, contact PKR77 support before registering or placing bets.

2. Account Registration

To use PKR77, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and kept up to date.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow anyone else to use your account.
• Your registered mobile number must be one you actively use and have sole access to.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PKR77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your details secure.
• PKR77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. If documents requested are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be restricted or closed.

3. Deposits and Payments

PKR77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer. All deposit transactions are processed in PKR without any currency conversion.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 across all payment methods unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• PKR77 does not charge a deposit fee. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet or bank provider are separate from the platform.
• Deposits are typically credited to your PKR77 balance within a few minutes. In rare cases of technical delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• PKR77 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large or unusual deposits. Failure to provide this may result in funds being held pending review.

4. Withdrawals

Registered players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of their account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment account in the player's own name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within 5 to 30 minutes. Raast transfers typically process within 30 minutes. Bank transfers typically settle within 1 to 3 business days.
• PKR77 does not deduct any fee from the withdrawal amount on its side. The PKR amount requested is the amount sent.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity on your PKR77 account.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds require completion of applicable wagering requirements before they can be processed. See Section 5 for bonus terms.
• PKR77 may carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is standard practice and is not a cause for concern in normal circumstances.
• In cases where a player's account is under investigation for policy breach, withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of that review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

PKR77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated at the time they are issued, in addition to the general rules below.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated clearly in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance automatically or via a claim process as specified in the individual offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not used within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and fish games may carry different contribution percentages. Check the individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• PKR77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will continue to be governed by the original terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Players found to be abusing promotions – including through linked accounts, coordinated wagering or exploiting system errors – will have their bonus access removed and may have their accounts closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on PKR77 are governed by the rules of the specific product in use (Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, etc.) in addition to these general terms. By placing a bet or entering a game, you agree to the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• In sports betting, all bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition or governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or ruled void, bets are settled as per PKR77's sports rules for the relevant event type.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed in the relevant betting or gaming interface.
• PKR77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price resulting from a system error or obvious error in odds compilation. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Live in-play betting odds are subject to change at any moment during a match. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message in the betting slip. Odds displayed prior to confirmation are indicative only.
• For Live Casino games, the game rules displayed within the game interface take precedence over any general description on the platform website.
• PKR77 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market. Titles may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

7. Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR77 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game or betting market.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using PKR77 for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately placing bets to artificially meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Sharing or selling access to a PKR77 account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with any part of the PKR77 platform or its software.

8. Account Closure

Players may close their PKR77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining eligible balance (after wagering requirements are met) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.

PKR77 may also close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion or other illegal conduct.
• Confirmed use of multiple accounts.
• Extended periods of inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 months may be closed).

If an account is closed for breach of terms, PKR77 reserves the right to withhold any balance derived from exploitative or fraudulent activity. The original deposit amount will be returned where no breach relates to the deposited funds themselves.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming page rather than permanently closing their account.

9. Privacy and Data

PKR77 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, payment processing and platform operation. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

• Your personal data is used only for the purposes of running your account, processing payments and complying with applicable financial verification requirements.
• PKR77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment details including JazzCash and Easypaisa account numbers are stored securely and used only to process your approved deposits and withdrawals.
• By registering, you consent to receiving account-related communications from PKR77 by SMS or in-platform notification. You may manage communication preferences through your account settings.

10. Responsible Gaming

PKR77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment and should not be used as a source of income or a way to manage financial difficulties. The following principles guide how PKR77 approaches player welfare.

• PKR77 is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 may register or place bets.
• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits and session time reminders through their account settings.
• If at any time gaming feels like it's causing stress, anxiety or financial pressure, players should take a break and consider using the self-exclusion tools available on the Responsible Gaming page.

• Chasing losses is never a sound approach. PKR77 reminds all players that betting and gaming outcomes are uncertain and past wins do not predict future results.

11. Limitation of Liability

PKR77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain continuous service, PKR77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform at all times.

• PKR77 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or delays in mobile network processing of payments.
• PKR77 is not responsible for any device-related issues that affect gameplay or bet placement.
• In circumstances where bets are placed during a technical fault that affects pricing or availability, PKR77 reserves the right to void those bets and return stakes.
• PKR77 is not responsible for any tax implications relating to winnings that apply to individual players under applicable laws. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations if any.
• The maximum liability of PKR77 to any individual player under any circumstance is limited to the total net deposit value in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.

12. Changes to These Terms

PKR77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users through in-platform notifications or SMS alert to your registered mobile number.

The updated terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date shown at the top of the document. By continuing to use PKR77 after the effective date of any update, you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor clarifications that do not materially affect player rights may be made without individual notification, though the updated version will always be available on this page.

13. Contact and Disputes

If you have any question about these Terms and Conditions, or if you believe a bet or game has been settled incorrectly, the first step is to contact PKR77 customer support. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PKR77 will aim to acknowledge dispute submissions within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 5 working days depending on the complexity of the matter. All dispute decisions are final once the internal review process is complete.
